All the glass for White Lyon Jewelry is hand made by us. Color and slight size variations may occur in the beads themselves, but the high quality is maintained in all our pieces. An average necklace is standard at size 18” and bracelets at 8”. 

Custom Jewelry

We are most happy to design jewelry especially for you. If you should have something special in mind, please contact us. 

You may e-mail us or if local, please contact us to set an appointment to discuss what colors, materials, style you may have in mind. 

A 50% deposit is required for custom orders.

Repairs

Workmanship is guaranteed for one year after the date of purchase. Should your jewelry require repair we will gladly take care of it for you for the cost of shipping. Please e-mail us with details of the nature of the repair and let us know when you will be sending the jewelry to us. Please use your good judgment if the piece should be insured when shipping.

Returns: 

We appreciate and value your business, but due to the type of jewelry we make, we can only accept returns for credit only. We hope you understand.

Exchanges: 

Jewelry may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please e-mail and let us know you will be making an exchange so we will be prepared to receive the returned merchandise. Please insure properly as we are not responsible for jewelry lost or damaged through shipping.
